These terms govern your use of zyncra.net (the "Site"), operated by Zyncra Informatics Corporation ("Zyncra," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our research direction and capabilities. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver any product or service, a solicitation of investment, or professional, legal, or financial advice. The Site's text, design, graphics, and branding are owned by Zyncra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Statements that technology is "patents pending" describe the status of pending applications only; no patent has been granted unless we expressly say so. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use after the effective date of a revision means you accept it.
