Zyncra Informatics Corporation ("Zyncra," "we," "us") operates zyncra.net (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site handles and how we treat it. We keep it short because the Site collects very little.
Information we collect
Information you send us. The Site has a contact form (name, email address, organization, phone number, area of interest, and message). Name, email, and message are required; the rest are optional. If you submit the form, or email us directly at info@zyncra.net, we receive that information along with anything else you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you and to manage the inquiry or relationship that follows. The Site has no user accounts or comment features.
Server logs. Like most websites, the Site's hosting provider automatically records technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time. These logs are used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy.
What we do not do
- The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The Site is intended for professional audiences.
How we use and share information
We use the information above to operate and secure the Site and to reply to inquiries. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and email (for example, our hosting and email providers), when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Those providers are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.
Third-party links
The Site links to external services, such as our professional profile on Upwork. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our ordinary business and legal records, and then delete or archive it. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@zyncra.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and the current version will always be available at this address.
