David Rogers

David Rogers is the founder and CEO of Zyncra Informatics Corporation, a deep-tech research company building hardware-enforced data integrity for the critical systems that autonomous transport, energy infrastructure, financial markets, and defense operations depend on.
Trained as an analytical chemist, David spent his early career inside tightly regulated laboratory and quality-systems environments, where the cost of an unverifiable data point is measured in real-world consequences. That experience shaped Zyncra's founding premise: that digital trust cannot be bolted on with more software, but has to be anchored in something physical — a hardware-level source of truth, sealed at the moment data is created.
Since founding Zyncra, David has directed the company's technical research program and its intellectual property strategy, and is currently pursuing non-dilutive federal funding through the Department of Defense's SBIR/STTR pipeline. Zyncra's core inventions are the subject of a growing, entirely patent-pending portfolio, with additional filings in progress.

While Zyncra's own research is funded through founder capital and pursued federal awards, David takes on a limited number of outside engagements for other early-stage founders and academic teams — federal SBIR/STTR technical volume writing and compliance review, provisional patent technical drafting, and grant-proposal editing.
